Food tracking; day 2

Eating when my wife is around is always difficult; mostly due to the fact that she does not allow me to just eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I just like them….

Breakfast: yogurt – 320 calories
Lunch: potato soup – 636 calories
Snack – 2 Green tea, some bizarre chocolate thing I purchased due to hunger pains, and crackers – 376 calories
Dinner – Angel hair and broccoli with bread. Would have been better without the bread – 866 calories
Exercise – 600 calories – P90x legs and back is a killer workout. Based on what I read online, it is around 400-800 calories…I’m taking the middle ground.

Total: 1639

Tomorrow, I need to eat more clean! LETS DO IT!
