I had a user ask me today how to import rightfax phonebook from outlook. I told him to first, export the contacts from outlook to a txt file. Then to follow the following directions:
1) Log into FaxUtil.
2) Expand the user tree to the first user account that you want to update.
3) Highlight either the user’s ALL or MAIN folder.
4) Choose Tools -> Phonebook Import.
5) Select the import file
6) Change the Field Delimiter to Tab.
7) Leave the other settings at default.
Click Import.
9) You are Done!
