Well, the website was down for a little while today. I was able to contact bluehost tech support within a matter of minutes and resolve the problem. Of course, the issue was that the http service failed on the box the blog is hosted on, and they should of caught that long before I did, but whose counting right? The simple fact of the matter is that I got tech support on the phone within minutes and my problem was resolved shortly after that.
The only thing I would of liked better is them to fix it before I had to call. I mean, if I can check the monitoring system (which it is nice that they offer that feature in the first place) then they should have known it was down and fixed it! Oh well, we are back up and in motion and as far as I know, it was only affected for 10 minutes max. If nothing else, at least I know bluehost has decent technical support.
