Well, today is the first day for the big Boston camping trip. Right now, I am waiting for my wife to drive up to the site (I have time to take off from work while she doesn’t) and hanging inside the camper due to rain. The one funny thing to note is while driving up, I was playing around with my GPS. I needed to get gas and wanted to wait for the MA border. I was looking at the GPS to see how much longer it would be. While looking at the GPS, my in-law’s campter veers off the road and back on. I thought he blew out a tire or something. I then notice that they swurved to avoid a cone. I didn’t have enough time to react, mostly because I was looking to see what tire was blown on the truck and run it over right under my SUV. I hear the cone thump around a bit and it gets fired out past my pop-up. The cone flys up into the air and jumps into the second lane of traffic. As leaving, I saw another car run it over and almost cause an accident. Other than that, the trip has been pretty uneventful…..
You won’t hear me complaining…
