Review and Walkthrough of Pinch Hitter 2!

Welcome to the review of Pinch Hitter 2!  This is a baseball game and it is fun as hell!  Link anyone?  Oh here it is!

The game is designed as a home run derby!  You have missions to complete.  First you start off in a backyard court.  The missions are to hit a home run, hit all balls without getting a strike or getting an out, and hit back to back home runs.  The second court is little league.  As much as I wanted to make it to the majors, I just could not do it!  It was a shame.  For some inane reason, I stopped having the ability to hit home runs, let alone back to back ones.  What a shame, I really just wanted to beat the game

The batting system is spot on.  You have a batters box where the ball gets pitched.  You can move the player to align the bat to hit the ball in the sweet spot and BAMB, you hit a home run.  If you hit it late, the ball will pull and you can hit the ball on the ground too.  If you cannot play baseball in realife, perhaps you should try this game.

The graphics is also refreshing.  They do not try to do anything crazy, they give you the old fashioned big headed players instead of making it look real life.  I hate games that try to make things look too real.  I mean, it is a flash game, I am not really holding a bat, make it like a game damnit.  I digress…back to the graphics!  It actually reminds me of the first baseball game I played for the ninteno system.  I don’t remember the name, but I am sure someone will know it.  It is like that. 

The gameplay is awesome.  There is no worrying about fielding or having to pitch.  You just hit. And hit.  And hit   I give the game a 10 and replay also a 10.  This is one of the few games in a long time that could keep me entertained for 3 hours.  Yes, I invested 3 hours in a flash game and could not beat it!  Need I say more?  I think not.
